Extremely Disappointed with Fair Price – No Customer Support and Empty Promises

I have been dealing with an unresolved issue since 1 February 2025, and the experience has been deeply frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, including several conversations with the Store Manager—who has repeatedly provided inconsistent and misleading information—nothing has been resolved.

Contacting Head Office is equally disheartening. They’ve promised that a Regional Manager would get involved, but that has proven to be nothing more than a hollow assurance. Reaching Head Office itself is a near-impossible task—akin to attempting a mission to Mars.

Fair Price makes guarantees they do not honor, and their lack of customer service is unacceptable.

My advice: shop elsewhere. Avoid Fair Price at all costs.
