Bad customer service

We bought a wardrobe at Fair price on the 17th of January and they explained to him that they will deliver the following day and then it takes up to 7 days to assemble the wardrobe. I called yesterday to follow up and the lady that picked up the phone said it takes up to 14 days to assemble the wardrobe. I am really not happy because it's not even written on their slips or policies. Funny enough they don't count Saturday and Sunday yet the store is open on those days. I even called their head office. Since they took my number and never got back to me.
