Bad bad service at fair price

I bought couches online on the 13th of july 2024 they delivered wrong couches,the 3seaters height was short,the design was wrong they were ugly they looked like headboard ....the one seater was torn at bottom

The took the couches back its been 3weeks now,their service is really bad they dnt even update or reply emails...i am still waiting for my couches luckily i still hv the old couches
