Unhappy Customer

I am writing my. Complaint as a customer who is not happy with the service I got today at your Cosmos City branch. One of your salesman Langa told me i can not buy anything on display but to my surprise when I came back in the store 10mins after I found him selling a display Tray to a customer and I confronted Mr Lunga who then told me if I want a display product I should pay R70 extra which will be given to the guy who mounts products for display, so I then said ok its fine I will pay it but with my credit card he then refused and said the R70 should be paid separately in cash. Now my question is is this the company policy or? Unfortunately I ended Up not buying, your service is very poor poor and I want to report it on HelloPeter, because I feel you are robbing us customers charging extra money which is needed in cash instead of me swiping its once with the product cost.
