Delivery issue

Since I bought things on 02/08/2025 and they said delivery takes 3 days I called them on the 05/08/2025 they say they having network issue I don’t understand how does that affect my delivery and if I haven’t called it means I wouldn’t know what is on . Their service is really poor because when you purchase they so quick to take your money then after you paid they say they don’t have stock.
