FAIR PRICE

Hellopeter. I made a laybye of a kitchen unit in October and paid it off on the 19th of December this year at FAIR PRICE in Welkom, Thabong. They only told me after the payment that it wasn't available in the store and have to wait till January. I then asked for a refund since it was a birthday gift for my mother. They refused and said that I have to wait till next to get a refund. I then went to another FAIR PRICE in town and the unit was there but they said that they can't give me that one since it's a display. How possible is that?
