Loan not paid since lat year 2019

I am desperately in need of financial assistant. I app**** for a R300 00.loan last year August at Fair Finance .they said I should pay 20 000 for VAT and 25000 for withdrawal fee at HSBC bank.they even post a card to me when i was about to access the money they were no where to be found. I went to SAPS opened a case but only to find that it was a ****. kindly assist
