Loan company made me paid for ibsurance and anti drug certificate

I have been ****med by Fair Finance the guy by the name of Mr Williams his contact details are ***

I app**** for a loan last year August ,he told me that the money will be deposited into an account from HSBC and a lady by the name of Sandra James called ***) and sent me the card by post after posting the card the card required a pin of which she said I must pay 25000 for activating the card of which I did after then she said I must also pay 20 000 for anti drug certificate but nothing was deposited till this far
