Builder got paid and keeping my money - deposit paid - no materials - no credit
I paid a deposit for materials. The job was cancelled. Owner of business refused to assist in getting at least some of the money back from supplier. In addition the owner has refused to give me the details of the supplier so that I can make arrangements for MY materials that have been paid for, arrange for credit or whatever I possibly would arrange with supplier. To date I have not been given the details of the supplier and to date Fair Deal Builders & Plumbers has my FULL deposit of R30,996 and I have no credit or the contact details to supplier for my materials. Refusing to pay back deposit. Refusing to share supplier details so I can arrange with supplier directly way forward on the goods I PAID for. Cancelled 5 June - almost 3 months later, no response!
