still waiting for my taxi!

My husband and I needed a lift on Friday morning 05:30 on 13Feb 2015 to the airport from Bellville. I phoned ****em from Faircape Shuttle the day before to arrange this. He asked me to message him my adres, which I did. Friday morning no one showed up. At 5:40 I phoned ****em. First he did not answer. I phoned again 2 minutes later. He answered and I explained my situation. He said he will call the driver and will let me know how far he is. 5 minutes later when he didn't phone back, I phoned him again. This time he did not pick up. Up until today he never phoned back!! We had to race to the airport as we were now already very late. A bad, stressful start to a weekend away.
