FAIR CAPE ELECTRICAL STAFF FALSELY ACCUSE OF BEEING CALLED THE K WORD.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE. I dealt with FAIR CAPE ELECTRICAL’s CHRIS NIEHAUS on a residential construction project at HEERENZICHT ESTATE in Durbanville, Cape Town. There were altercations with him and his staff members as simply, in my opinion, they were not trained as high spec electricians to perform the high end installations required on the project. I spent many hours drawing diagrams in different colours of chalk to basically educate them on how to do the electrics. At one point I mentioned to the staff that it was not my duty, as the designer & budget auditor, to keep instructing them how to perform their profession. They made mistakes and when a quantity surveyor was appointed to regulate the charges against the actual work done, the contractors were not happy as in my opinion and from my research, I was able to suspect that prices were being loaded and payments had been made for work not completed yet. My suspicions allegedly caused an uproar and CHRIS NIEHAUS’s staff members allegedly accused me of calling them the K word which I did not. Although the owner of the property stated he didn’t believe I was guilty of that, he nevertheless asked me to name my price to leave the project after which I was simply blocked from the project and not remunerated for services provided and my intellectual property. When I stated that I wanted my name cleared of any association of what I had been accused of, I was simply told that the contractor, his staff and the owner would state that I was guilty if the situation escalated to anything legal. In my opinion I was framed.
