Yoghurt purchased of Fair Cape Dairies includes foreign matter

<p>I purchased a months supply of yoghurt of Fair Cape Dairies, as I usually do. Upon opening the one yoghurt, it was found that foreign matter was included in the yoghurt (possibly some plastic, which would easily go unsuspected by children, and eating.</p> <p> </p> <p>I first complained with them directly, and told them I purchase a month's supply worth on a monthly basis at Checkers Hyper Parow Centre. The first problem is, I struggled for 2 weeks to get my refund, and secondly, they only opted to pay me a lowzy R20 for my damages.</p> <p>What pathetic service given throughout, and, my kids life was in danger, had they eaten it.</p> <p>I'm following up charges in this regard.</p>
