Unfaircape

At the beginning of April I bought three six packs milk. The first six pack was fine. When opening the second six pack, everything looked fine, 2 days after opening the first carton (which I now half full) I pour the milk and it has a buttermilk consistency, I throw it away thinking its just a once off thing. An additional 2 carton later, the same thing happened, I email faircape to explain this and that I had opened a fourth carton that morning, because I needed milk. I also advised that I have a second unopened 6 pack. They promised that the rep would deliver 2 six packs early the following week of I could take vouchers worth R70, I declined the vouchers and requested delivery. By the end of th following week, I hadn't received my milk or hear anything about it. I email the correspondent, called Wendy, and she's now offering me 1 voucher because the rep hasn't been in my area yet. After much discussion and a screen shot, she agrees that I will get 2 six packs. I am now still waiting for my milk to be delivered because th rep still hasn't been in my area yet and will not be in the foreseeable future and she I now practically forcing me to take th vouchers, which I don't even think is enough to cover the six packs. So where exactly does customer satisfaction fit in if they can't make a plan to get my milk delivered to me?
