POOR CLIENT SERVICE FACTORY SHOP

FACTORY SHOP - Stood in the scorching hot sun for 50min in a line to get in, and there was probably another 20 people behind me in the line. when i finally got in, there was only 1 of 4 cashiers actually working and assisting outside clients. the 1 cashier was doing her own shopping while the other casher rang her stuff up, and the other cashier was walking around inside and outside and cleaning here and there. This is very poor client service and bad management. if you see a long queue, you put everyone out to assist.
