pathetic service

I'm utterly disgusted by the complaints team when they call a client , we logged a complaint about their product which is sour and has a bad smell . The person from the "so called "complaints department has more of a sticking attitude then anything else . speak over the clients while they are speaking and making promises that can never be kept up with . I would like a senior person to contact myself and not someone from the complaints someone higher than that .
