Oustanding service

I had an issue with cream that I purchased that was off poor quality. After contacting Fair Cape they quickly responded that they would look into the issue. Instead of q generic reply, I received a response detailing the results if the investigation, inclduing temperatures of the product in storing etc. I was also able to return the cream to the store in exchange for a new product. This company went above and beyond with my complaint and I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you Fair Cape! From your No. 1 fan
