MILK COMPLAINT - NO RESPONSE WAITING 2 WEEKS

Good Morning

I would like to bring to your attention about milk we purchased at Fairfield butchery.

i have attached the pack with the expiry date on it BUT this milk makes the tea and coffee taste most revolting, we had discarded 4 litres from a previous 6pack already and have decided not purchase other milk due to this.

We currently still have 2 full 6packs left and would like to know what is your return policy due to this milk not being of the best quality, which i am sure you would like your customers to think.

I called and left a message about 2 weeks ago (answering machine says: will call back in 2hrs.........................needless to say i am still waiting :(:( )

Please urgently attend to this matter.....if no response within 2hrs i will post this on HELLO PETER!
