Faircapedairies don't care

I bought their product send them an email saying I found molds in.... I have my 1 year old daughter 2 buy there wasn't molds on she had a running tummy but I thought it was her teeth after opening another 2 I found molds I sent them an E mail with pictures but still they said they have to inspect the batch but did not even ask mine so how can they inspect I sent another email asking them if they think I was telling lies and I still have the yogurt no reply from them my question what if my child had to go to hospital they don't care I need help please cause if I leave this what could happen to other children
