Fair Cape Dairies implies that I am lying

I bought their 1 litre yoghurt. It was sealed, but only 70% full. When I complained they told me that their records showed nothing wrong for that batch. So what they told me was that I was a ****. Escalated to the CEO, Melt Loubser. He didn't care either, and offered me a replacement if I collected it from their depot, about a 60 kilometre round trip for me. What an uncaring attitude - almost unbelievable.
