Extremely terrible client experience from Fair Cape Dairies

I just want to express my dissatisfaction towards Fair Cape Dairies. They contacted me right after my bad review(last Tuesday morning) and promised that they would exchange my milk by the end of the week. I'm disgusted to say that I'm still waiting and even worse, no one has even had the decency to call and make an apology or another arrangement.
