Disappointed customer

I am very disappointed in your milk. I have always bought fair cape products and never once had a problem, but this time when I bought the full cream milk (we always buy your full cream milk) it is so watered down it is not creamy. It looks like low fat milk put into the full cream container. This has never happened to us this is the first time. The shop does not want to refund this this is very disappointing of the quality of milk we have received
