FADT!! PATHETIC AND USELESS SECURITY COMPANY!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

If i could give zero stars i would!!! Absolutely pathetic pathetic company!!!! 2 weeks ago i had a panic button pressed by my domestic at 15.02..i get a robotic call from fadt at 15.04..i press 2 to pls send out a car.at 15.06 i get a call from the control room wanting to know if they must send out a car..at 15.44 they arrive at the premises as if on a sunday drive..i called them 3 times during this time to find out why there is no response car on a PANIC BUTTON! I asked all 3 people i spoke to to get their regional or one of the managers to contact me..2 weeks later..still no response!!today i had an alarm at 16h02..at 16h07 i get a missed call..then again at 16h36..they contact my wife and she says they must pls come out..the car arrived at my premisis at 20h08..i post on our local security group..i get a reply...road senior will contact you..this is pathetic and absolutely appalling!! Worst and most useless company i have ever dealt with!! These people are supposed to be a security company to protect us..quick to take the money..slow to deliver on the service..and aftersales service is non-existent!!!my advice to anyone looking for a security company..DONT USE FADT!!!!!!
