Disappointing Salespersonel

My daughter bought R125 worth of marbles yesterday using her OWN pocket money at your shop in Brackenfell Paradys Park, but my keyring for the 10% discount has broken and I've had it with me in my handbag, and only after my daughter paid, I realised that we have not given her the keyring. So I asked her what now and she said that it has gone through the system already and that's it. Previously they have corrected it and I have also witnessed them doing it for other people as well. They were busy locking up and in a hurry to go home, and I asked the woman at the door letting us out the contact number or email address for the owner of the shop. She says that they are not allowed to give out his number, but she can take mine which she never took. I told her what happened with the discount and she said that they are no longer allowed to give out the keyrings or to ask for a client if they have a keyring they would like to use.<br> I was a big supporter of this shop and have spent thousands of rands to date and would usually refer my friends and colleagues, but this incident leaves me feeling very disappointed.
