I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from this company on the 14 August 2021 even now I didn't get anything from them. Can anyone help me on how to get my money back as m struggling to get hold of this people on Instagram account.they ignore my messages.. (Factory price footwear) it's been 2weeks now waiting for my parcel but nothing is happening.
