*******!!!

I recently purchased some clothing items from Factory Fashion online. Since the date of purchase I had received no communication from them. I sent Nadine who is the owner of the store a message requesting information as to when my order will be delivered. After several days of me inquiring I received a message stating that the goods will be delivered on Wednesday. That was 2 weeks later. I received my order on Thursday as opposed to Wednesday. On receipt of my order I discovered that one of the items I paid for was missing. The kids clothing sizes were also incorrectly advertised. I sent Nadine an email indicating my loss and dissatisfaction. To date I've received no response. I've also sent Lynn who handles their customer care services messages also with no response. This company is a total ******* who don't value their customers. There business ethics is absolutely pathetic. They need to be reported for misleading people.
