BRAND NEW MATTRESS WITH MOULD

I bought a queen size sponge mattress from Factory Beds on the 31st of August 2015. This mattress is brand new and we only turned it for the first time on the 10th of November 2015. To my horror we discovered a big patch of red, yellow and black stains and dots (suspecting this is mould). I would very much appreciate it if the owner or someone similar in the production process can come and have a look at the mattress, as we have not spilled anything, neither is there any moisture in the base.<br> I have made contact numerous times with the company, I have send an e-mail on the 13th of Nov after telephonic-ally contacting them. I have sent a follow-up email on the 16th of Nov. Another follow-up was sent on the 25th of Nov. Last follow-up on the 11th of December. I have been told they would come out when they are in that area delivering...THAT COULD TAKE FOREVER...I do not get any response and would like this sorted.<br> <br>
