Wasting my time

My mom bought me a jacket from Factorie Pavillion, i wear the jacket but it's a bit big but wearable, so i went to Midlands Mall Factorie wearing the jacket not knowing that I'd see my size there, i spoke to manager while wearing my own jacket and i asked her can i exchange this jackets for a smaller size and she says YES! I even phoned and said I'll be coming back to fetch it and they said OKAY! I travelled all the way from Durban to Pmb for them to tell me i can't exchange it because i wore it! Absolutely ANNOYING!!!!
