sale item refund

I bought my brothe a top at factorie that was on sale . I got home and asked my brothe to fit it on and it was way to long and big so a brought it back but the sale was over and that was the last size so I wanted to refund it and they said I am not allowed to get a refund on sale items! And if I take a nothe top I have to pay money in because of the sale is over! Now I must sit with a top that no one can wear anD it was a waist of my money for my first shopping experience with factory!! In eikestad mall
