Rude and uninterested cashier

Was at your store today searching for a nice pair of jeans. When i finally found them, couldnt find my size. Because there were different type of jeans on the rack, i asked the cashier(Khanyisile) for assistance in finding my size. She gave me a very rude look and shook her head. When fitting clothes, she proceeded with her rude attitude when opening the changing room doors. She was very uninterested and her attitude was terrible whilst assisting me. I have never had such a bad shopping shopping experience at Factorie as i find your employees always friendly 100% of the time. I was cery dissapointed.
