<p>Went to facotorie cavindish square purchased a men's bomber jacket black one which was on a sale rack with other color bombs as well , took a small and the original price still scanned , cashier override the amount to sale price of 399 said it hasn't updated as sale yet but is on sale. Came back to exchange to a bigger size women told me no sorry I'd have to pay the diff as they made a mistake putting it there so I'd have to pay original price for a diff size . how is that my problem , manager also refused as they claim its policy , policy my ass . your *********** staff placed it there yet overriding the charge. I would like my cash and not a voucher as I was told I can't get cash on a sale item where the idiot told me it was mistaken as a sale item so why can't you give my money back ! For your mistake.</p>
