Refusing returns

I purchased goods and tried to return it the next day. Apparently sale items can not be refunded,but when reading their terms it states clearnce stock. If not specified clearance sale a sale does not necessarily mean its clearance stock.<br> However being met with and attitude by the branch manager I phoned the regional office where I was told the regional manager will phone me back shortly. I made a second call to the offices and was told the same thing yet I am still waiting. I WANT MY MONEY<br> I am of the opinion that I will take this further as I am not the first customer that has to deal with this.
