Refund complaints

Went to Access park in claremont lastweek sunday for some shopping and bought 2 items that were on special but the 2nd one was not a nice fit but I noticed that when I got home as the ftting rooms in the stores are closed, guess due to covid19, following day decided to return the item for refund then boom i’m told i cant get refunded can only do exchange for something else I told them but how is that possible as I bought this prev day and i was not told that i wont be refunded should I not be happy with the items now im stuck with items that i dont really want and I get so ****ed off whenever im looking at that packaging coz all I wanted was my refund, the staff and the supervisor couldnt care less when i told them I dont want to choose anything else...im not happy at all logged a complaint through cust service monday already and its friday now guess my complaint is not serious!
