Refund

<p>Purchase ********** 4 POS AANKOPE ********** 19003 XYCOR TWO ONE KAART NR.4679 -602,3</p> <p>(copy from bank statement) @ Atterbury ValueMart Factory shop. Returned stock due to sleeves being too long, could not find replacements on ********** 8. The young trainee gentlemen assisted by manager have issued a gift card with the amount to be refunded. Card No: ********** ********** 65900.</p> <p>When asked if I may get my slip the manager said they need it for admin purposes and record keeping. The card with the date and Amount is sufficient. All my records are linked to the gift card.</p> <p>Problem Now: the card is not registered on their system and I can't use the "refund" money in their shop. And the shop has my proof of purchase.</p> <p>Does anyone have any recommendations?</p> <p>If each Factory shops just keep R100 refund money per day a bonus of R36 500 per year per shop should be reported as theft/*******ion according to me.</p> <p> </p>
