Poor service and disrespect of customers

The manager of Factorie mall of the North. She doesn't respect customers and maybe she doesn't understand the her role. She was shouting at me, for asking to exchange. And when I wanted to. Speak to the managerl, she even said (WHAT WILL YOU DO.) YES IM THE MANAGER.

I've been a loyal customer to this store. And her staff doesn't last due to her disrespect of customers and colleagues.
