Factorie Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg Refuse to give me a refund/ credit purchase because the T-shirt purchased has subsequently gone on sale. Paid full price want to reimburse me at sale price . Price tag attached and proof of credit card purchase. Staff training needed and kzn regional manager quoting company policy to me. No company policy displayed in stored nor was I requested to sign any document regarding company policy upon purchase Pathetic Rather ***** from customers than provide good service Hope my R200 that you want to withhold from me helps your bottom line
