Most *********** staff at Factorie Cresta

I visited the Factorie Cresta store today at about 12. I chose the item I wanted and headed to the paypoint. There was a customer ahead of me and was served but then waited on the side because the sales person had made an error. The sales person Called me to come and I went and told her that I have a R100 discount voucher which I want to use. She proceeded and completed the sale without using my voucher and I asked her then she said that she will have to do a return and new sale again. If she listened to me in the first place. Also she did the same to the customer in front of me. Also the music volume in the store is ridiculous to point that I found myself shouting so that the sales people could hear. I asked them to turn the volume down slightly but they didn’t take note of me. Your staff are *********** and rude. I will never ever go to that store again and I will tell all my friends and family of the stupidity that works at Factorie Cresta. My receipt number is ***. The most pathetic service ever received and worst store I have ever been to.
