horrible service and rude staff

<p>went to Factorie Brits Mall to buy some clothes. found a decent looking pair of pants wanted to fit it on the very rude and arrogant little shop assistant told me they are closing I can't fit it on or purchase it as they are busy closing, I told her I am here for a few minutes already I know they are closing so let me pay it. "no get out of our shop we closing its our rules". I left feeling very annoyed and angry, this is not a shop I will ever buy from again. </p>
