Factorie smelly attitude and service

Went to mall of Africa to purchase a hoodie, till assistant by the name of Michaela who was staring me down decided not tell me that they now Sell their carrier bags, she asked " would you like to purchase our paper carrier bag that costs R1.00 going me an impression that there's a free one as we all know as opposed to a fancy one that would cost money. so i said " No Thank You" she than handed me my hoodie to leave the shop without a packet. I looked at her and said "where is a packet"? she said " you said "you do not want one" i said "it seemed like you were giving me an option totake the free one or the paper one that costs money the way you asked me. She carried on defending herself and honestly, the attitude and the way she fel she had to make me look stupid in the shop for saying "no" to a bag is what really got to me. after that i asked for her name cause i could see she really wanted to be right, she asked " what are u gonna do with my name" *shocked* i said " i just want to know the person who's helping me that's all" She said " My name is on the Slip and here is my Manager if you want to speak to her" pointing at her. i said " don't prompt me, i never wanted to speak to ur manager i jst need to know the name of a person who's helping me. Factorie please teach your consultants to be kind to your customers. we are spending our money to be treated like this. please.
