Factorie Mall of Africa

I was at the factorie shop on Wednesday night to buy my kids clothes, we got to the shop at 19:50. By the time we finished with our shopping, I then asked my daughter to go to the change room to fit in some clothes. I was told that the fitting room is closed. I then ask how can the fitting room be closed while we were still inside the shop? She did not answer, I then put back everything back on the shelve including the things that I wanted to buy for my son. I was appalled by the service or lack thereof. I asked the lady's name that told me that the fitting room was closed name, she said her is Zanele.
