Factorie Cresta Mall - Service

I bought a skirt from the Factorie Cresta Mall Branch last week, I brought it back the next day because I did not like it on me (you are not allowed to try on the clothing in store due to COVID) so I took a hoodie instead and had to pay R250 in because the skirt was only R150 and the hoodie was R400. Today I took the hoodie back because I also didn't like it on me and I asked for a full refund. Now they only want to give me back the R250 that I paid for the hoodie and not the full amount of R400 (R150 for Skirt + R250 Hoodie =R400).
