Factorie Centurion Mall horror

Rudest, ugliest attitude from this teller girl. Firstly they refused to refund me because I did not have the debit card used to purchase the item. Telling me they cannot refund me if I do not have the card used for purchase. Secondly when I came in she was speaking in a vernacular language thinking I wouldn't understand saying to a colleague "this child says she doesn't have the card used for purchase" I confronted her about it but she insisted that's how she refers to the colleague which she was lying about. She was loud and shouting back at me to a point where I raised up my hand to let her know she needs to stop. Will never shop at this store ever again. People talk about ************** of black people but never about the ************** black people cause to other races.
