Drunk on the job

I work in the banking environment and should we be found drunk at work it is a dismiss-able offence also because it is unprofessional to work under the influence with customer. It was sad to see Christina come to work drunk the other Sunday I was there in the store. I was too afraid to purchase anything from the store thinking she might over charge me in the state she was in. She has such a bad attitude.I would like to know is the the reason why Factorie is a company who does not respond to complaints because they pick up any junk to work in their stores as long as there is money coming into the store's bank account??The colored lady who helped me later that week,had much more respect and knew exactly what she was doing.Sad to see when I went back to the store last week she is no longer there.Are the workers all ******* immigrants that they act disrespectful knowing that the company 's got their back in our country???Factorie should be closed down with the amount of ******** activities happening in the stores.I have been to Campus square looking for a shorts for my daughter and the same thing,THEY MOVED AWAY FROM ME AS IF I WERE A DISEASE!!STUDY THEM BEFORE HIRING THE JUNK!!
