disgrace of employee's

hi, <br> i have recently visited the Factorie retail shop at Greenstone mall in Edenvale on the 14th of November 2015,my girlfriend had her bag opened by one of the employee's and her phone was ******.i requested to see the security video but i was denied to see them due to them not being obligated to help me. i spoke to 2 store managers that are both useless and rude. Then i spoke to a manager named \ Linda"who politely said it's not their problem.They <br> refuse to show me anything and just kept making up excuses. they however said they will help when they have time to do so. i will still accuse the people working at that store until proven wrong. The Factorie shop at Greenstone mall as ********* as employee's. it's a disgrace to shop at a place and have stuff ****** off you and not being assisted in anyway. people when shopping at the Factorie store in Greenstone please be aware of the staff working around you as they all are ******* . \"" Factorie shop with us so we can ***** your stuff\""!!!"""
