Bad service at Factorie store

<p>On 28/12/2016 I bought clothing at Factorie Hatfield. Early Feb 2017 I took back the one dress to the value or R449.00 (the tag was on, as well as original slip) - I was told that you can only do a refund within a month after the purchase date. I was told that I must take something else for that amount, I asked can't they give me a voucher for the amount, so I can buy something later or at another store. I was told no sorry. So I had to choose something. Within 2 weeks after this purchase I was not happy with the one top (R199.00) and asked my daughter to return it - again tag was on and slip was in bag. The arogant shop assistant/manager told her sorry we can only give you a voucher!!! really, when I wanted a voucher the first time it was denied, now I returned the item in time with a slip and was refused a refund!!! I don't want a voucher, I don't want to buy anything at Factory again - I want my money back!</p>
