bad service

Not very happy with the response i got from factorie,got a t-shirt and other items.the lady who was helping me (isabella) ringed the incorrect price and not the marked down price since the items were on sale,i ddnt check this before i signed,got home and realized there had been a mistake on the reciept. I then called this morning asked to speak with manager,isabella said she is the manager,and told me there s nothing she can do i will have to come back to the store if i 'want my money back' this is very upsetting since i am not from cape town and they do not have branches in mpumalanga,i cannot manage to go back so she can rectify her mistake
