Fact Corp *******?

I have been using Fact Corp since 2013. It appears from CIPRO that my annual returns that I paid to Fact Corp has not been paid over to them, hence owe a few years. I have tried in vain to get hold of Fact Corp with no success. Do they even exist??? So disappointed. I trusted Marthinus du Toit.
