Facination Pictures - worst service EVER!!

We booked Facination Pictures - Daniel, to do a cinematic video of our wedding on the 18 of November 2017. We paid R14108 for the worst service ever received in my life! The time for them to develop the video was suppose to be 4 to 8 weeks, according to Daniel, but they had a huge back log because he NEVER answers his cell and when you get hold of him he is on vacation, supposedly. We waited 6 MONTHS just for them to post the cinematic video on social media, and waited another 2 months before the package was sent to us with the ceremony and speeches videos. When the package arrived it only contained 1 x USB, we paid for 2 X USBs and 2 x DVDs with all videos cut and uncut to send to our parents. We queried this with Daniel on 28 July, we are in October and he has not responded since!! He doesnt answer his cell, doesnt respond to messages or whatsapp. We paid ALOT of money for a good service which we have not received, after being extremely patient with him! Apart from this, Daniel demanded that we pay for his fuel from his home to the venue, and book minimum 3 star accomodation for 2 people with breakfast, which we did! The night he was suppose to sleep at the lodge, he didnt even pitch, another R1600 paid for NOTHING!! We advise everyone NEVER to use Facination Pictures! If you would like screenshots of all of the above we will be more than happy to email it to everyone! Make the better choice and be very carefull before you use this company!
