FACESSE THEY ARE A ****!!!!

I saw an adverti*****t on Instagram for a Base to cover all spots, blemishes even tattoos. I paid almost R400 for it, this included delivery to your front door within 10days. It has been almost two weeks now and the company have informed me that I need to contact the courier company as the had a problem with the delivery unknown and will have to collect it or they will destroy it within 5 days!!! What the hell does that mean? No delivery as promised to front door and should I not collect within 5 days they will destroy it!!! I have contacted the courier company as well gave them my address and contact number and no reply. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ...FACESSE!!!!
