Faceprint blame client

We are a non profit rescue organisation and ordered a TABLECLOTH from Faceprint. They delivered a runner. To cut a long story short, they REFUSE blatantly to accept any responsibility for the wrong product and refuse to refund us and we can not use the product at all. The consultant we used receive photos from us on email of what we required and still continues to blame us although a tablecloth and a runner are VASTLY different. They refuse to answer emails from any of our board members and accept no blame. This is NOT how a customer should be treated, Now we have to order another tablecloth from another printing company.
