FACEBOOK IS COSTING US & OUR CLIENTS MONEY

I work for an ad agency that specialises in commercial real estate industry. We have had MULTIPLE issues with Facebook Ads Manager lately and the customer service has been ********** every time we've reached out for help.

We have had 7 ads rejected lately because they were incorrectly flagged by the algorithm. I've spoken to 2 different reps who BOTH admitted to the ad being wrongly flagged for special category. But then I got an email saying they decided to maintain the rejection??

Our clients are losing money because of this and most of them spends thousands and thousands on paid media so Facebook will end up loosing all of these clients.
